Hola a todos , les pido su ayuda para la comprension de este articulo ya que necesito una mejor explicacion ya sea con ejemplos u opiniones.... gracias por su tiempo :) Articulo 17 del codigo fiscal de la federacion (CFF) CUANDO SE PERCIBA EL INGRESO EN BIENES O SERVICIOS, SE CONSIDERARA EL VALOR DE ESTOS EN MONEDA NACIONAL EN LA FECHA DE LA PERCEPCION SEGUN LAS COTIZACIONES O VALORES EN EL MERCADO, O EN DEFECTO DE AMBOS EL DE AVALUO. LO DISPUESTO EN ESTE PARRAFO NO ES APLICABLE TRATANDOSE DE MONEDA EXTRANJERA. -Ingreso por la prestacion de un servicio: CUANDO CON MOTIVO DE LA PRESTACION DE UN SERVICIO SE PROPORCIONEN BIENES O SE OTORGUE SU USO O GOCE TEMPORAL AL PRESTATARIO, SE CONSIDERARA COMO INGRESO POR EL SERVICIO O COMO VALOR DE ESTE, EL IMPORTE TOTAL DE LA CONTRAPRESTACION A CARGO DEL PRESTATARIO, SIEMPRE QUE SEAN BIENES QUE NORMALMENTE SE PROPORCIONEN O SE CONCEDA SU USO O GOCE CON EL SERVICIO DE QUE SE TRATE. -Pago mediante transferencia electronica: EN LOS CASOS EN LOS QUE SE PAGUE LA CONTRAPRESTACION MEDIANTE TRANSFERENCIA ELECTRONICA DE FONDOS, ESTAS SE CONSIDERARAN EFECTIVAMENTE COBRADAS EN EL MOMENTO EN QUE SE EFECTUE DICHA TRANSFERENCIA, AUN CUANDO QUIEN RECIBA EL DEPOSITO NO MANIFIESTE SU CONFORMIDAD.
