GASTOS DEDUCIBLES DE MESES ANTERIORES
BUENAS TARDES
QUISIERA QUE ME APOYARAN EN LA SIG. PREGUNTA:
ES CORRECTO HACER DEDUCIBLES GASTOS DE MESES PASADOS EN EL MES DE DICIEMBRE???
ESTO LO PREGUNTO PORQUE EN LA EMPRESA SE REALIZARON GASTOS DESDE EL MES DE SEPTIEMBRE LOS CUALES SOLVENTABAN LOS SOCIOS, YA QUE NO SE CONTABA CON INGRESOS EN LA CUENTA DE CH. PERO AHORA YA SE TIENE SOLVENCIA, Y QUISIERA SABER SI ES POSIBLE PAGAR DICHOS GASTOS PASADOS.

Mientras queden registrados en el año, no problem.

Las deducciones autorizadas no se aplican en un mes en particular. Es por un ejercicio completo, no importa en que fecha. Solo ciertos gastos deben ser pagados y facturados dentro de ese mismo ejercicio. El Art 31 LISR para PM le aplican reglas de deduducibilidad.
Cada tipo de contribuyente tiene sus propias reglamentaciones por deducibilidad

MI ESTIMADO, CONSIDERO QUE TE ESTÁS COMPLICANDO POR ALGO QUE TIENE SU BASE CONTABLE.
YA UN COMPAÑERO MENCIONÓ EL SOPORTE JURÍDICO PARA DEDUCIRLO CUANDO UN GASTO ES CUBIERTO POR UN TERCERO (ART 35 RLISR)
EL REGISTRO CONTABLE ES UN CARGO A GASTOS, CON SU RESPECTIVO ABONO A CUENTAS POR PAGAR (A FAVOR DE LOS DUEÑOS), CON ESTO, YA LO ESTAS HACIENDO DEDUCIBLE EN EL MES QUE CORRESPONDE.
NO OBSTANTE, PARA RESPALDAR AÚN MÁS LA DEDUCIBILIDAD, RECOMIENTO ELABORAR UN CONTRATO DE MANDATO EN LA QUE CON SOPORTE DEL 35 DEL REGLAMENTO, NO TENGAS PROBLEMA EN CASO DE UNA REVISIÓN.
