Buenos dias,
Estoy suponiendo, porque la verdad este error no me ha salido pero :

1. podria ser que el certificado de tu fiel tenga algo, a mi me paso con la declaracion anual que no puede enviarla por el certificado de la fiel y tuve que enviarla con la CIEC, como que tenia conflicto con el portal.

2. Que el certificado de la pagina del sat lo este bloqueando el java, entra a las opciones de internet y java (en control panel) y agrega la pagina del sat y la que dice siat, la que te da cuando estas en el buzon.

y reinicia la maquina despues de cualquier cambio.

ayuda por favor estoy desesperada

Buen día, solo quiero comentar que yo tenía el mismo error pero gracias a a este aporte ya pude enviar la contabilidad, lo malo es que la envío hasta hoy por ese error, ojala no me multen jaja

El error sobre el xsi:schemaLocation se debe que al archivo xml le falta lo siguiente:

xsi:schemaLocation='www.sat.gob.mx/esquemas/ContabilidadE/1_1/BalanzaComprobacion http://www.sat.gob.mx/esquemas/ContabilidadE/1_1/BalanzaComprobacion/BalanzaComprobacion_1_1.xsd'

y el del catalogo:

xsi:schemaLocation='www.sat.gob.mx/esquemas/ContabilidadE/1_1/CatalogoCuentas http://www.sat.gob.mx/esquemas/ContabilidadE/1_1/CatalogoCuentas/CatalogoCuentas_1_1.xsd'
